I finally decided to do something about it.
My name’s Anthony Punshon, and several years ago, I decided to work almost exclusively with women. I came to this decision through simple observation, really… The women I worked with shared certain traits:
They asked the right questions.
They rarely complained.
They tended to stick with the programme as it was presented to them with a strong attention to detail.
They were hard-working, no-nonsense types, but had outgoing, fun personalities.
As you can imagine, this made these women incredibly rewarding to work with.
Results were achieved and lives changed!
But after working with hundreds of awesome ladies, I started to notice a common thread.
So many ladies had lost weight, dropped dress sizes, but when they should have been celebrating and high-fiving everyone within reach, instead they were plagued by one or two trouble spots that sapped their confidence and completely overshadowed their hard work.
One lady I spoke to floored me when she said something that's been ringing in my ears ever since...
And those problem areas could generally be narrowed down to one or two of what I call the ‘big 4’.
They wanted:
A tighter waistline (no more overhang)
More defined abs (no podgy tum)
Tight, shapely, ‘peach-like’ buns (no saggy, pancake bum)
Firm, toned arms (no flappy bingo wings)
So I got out my thinking cap and came up with a 6-week, step-by-step programme that stripped fat fast, while focusing on shaping and toning one or two of those pesky problem areas.
Now, we all know you women are superheroes… always looking after everyone else, dealing with a billion and one commitments, often juggling being a mum with holding down a job…
Sometimes (most of the time!) I bet it feels like there’s a new fire to put out every 4 seconds, and you’re the only one with a hose!
And in all of this, the person who gets looked after last is you.
Then when you do spend time looking after yourself, you feel guilty.
It feels like you’re up against so many barriers, like…

A system that didn’t need hours working out in a gym, or starving yourself to drop the pounds, and was so simple you didn’t feel like you were blowing your brains out trying to work out what your next step is.
In fact this system only requires three or four 20-minute workouts per week that you can do at home with zero equipment, and so little space you could probably do it in your bathtub! (Note: Don’t do it in your bathtub… ;-) )
You’ll also be eating tasty meals and snacks 4-6 times per day… no starving on this plan!
After using this fat stripping, muscle toning system on hundreds of women over the last decade, it’s not unusual to drop 15, 20…
They simply did 3-4 short workouts per week, while following my simple eating plans, and in a few short weeks were leaner, tighter, and waving goodbye to their trouble spots with their newly toned, strong guns - not wobbly bingo wings! ;-)

None! You can do the whole thing with just your bodyweight and enough floor space to lay down in. If you have some dumbbells you can use them to weigh down some of your exercises, but none of the do-along workout videos use any equipment at all.
That depends on you! You can arrange your workout schedule to fit a 3x p/w schedule, up to 6 days p/w. This programme is designed to fit your, no doubt, busy schedule, whatever that may be!
Yes and no! You can do the programme with zero cardio, but I have put together a complete Cardio Guide so you can add in optional cardio workouts if you have the time (I’ve included cardio workouts that range between 4 minutes and 20 minutes) and want to crank it up a notch.
Yes, you can. It’s designed in two phases that increase in intensity. Going back and starting again after completing Phase 2 will actually work well to cycle the intensity (a simple form of what we call periodisation) so you can go through more than one cycle without a high risk of burning out. Plus, every time you’ll do it you’ll be stronger and better at all the movements in the programme!
Pretty much immediately! Everything you need will be sent out straight away, so, it may take a few minutes while the interwebs do their thing, but you won’t be waiting for someone to process your order during office hours or anything.
Yes, the BBCK programme is designed to be accessible from various devices, including computers, smartphones, and tablets. You can access the programme materials, meal plans, exercise routines, and support resources anytime, anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection.
Nope. Some people find a simple protein powder can be helpful, but there's certainly no requirement. Other than that, I don't reccomend any "fat burners", stimulants, special vitamin blends, and I even go as far as explaining why you shouldn't be wasting your money on those things.
Absolutely you can! You may need to take some exercises down a notch (which I'll talk you through in the workout), take some longer rest times, or even stop occasionally in those first few workouts, and with each workout you'll get fitter and you'll get stronger! But wherever you are right now, it won't stop you from doing the workouts in this programme.
There's definitely no extra costs or hidden charges. We'll give you options to upgrade your programme or add other extras that will help you, but they are completely separate purchases. If you think they'll help you, great! If you don't, great! You won't be charged.
